We gather two types of information from you. The first is referred to as personally identifiable information. This type of information allows us to personally identify you as a unique user. We gather personally identifiable information from you for three reasons: (1) to deliver to you the prizes you win and any items you purchase from us; (2) to contact you by e-mail about new and exciting news regarding HarvestBand.cc; (3) to share with third party partners for serving age appropriate and demographically targeted banners, promotions, and to enhance the e-commerce experience for our visitors. These partners are an extension of our services and and are intended to add to the site experience of our visitors. For example, we might share the fact that our users are a certain percent female and a certain percent male. Or, that a certain percentage of our users are over a certain age. This information cannot be personally linked to you in any way.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Once we receive your information, we make every attempt to ensure its security on our systems.
If you would like to update, correct or delete your personally identifiable information previously provided to us, please send an e-mail with your new information or your deletion request to info@harvestband.cc. Parents or guardians of our users under the age of 13 may contact us at info@harvestband.cc and request to review all of the personally identifiable information we maintain on your child and you may refuse to permit further collection or use of such information, as well as request deletion of all or a part of such information.
Subject to the above provisions, by using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of information by us. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
